DER KURS "business" is designed for individuals who want to advance in their careers. The focus is on clearly defining and concentrating on professional goals to make change possible. Whether it's salary increases, promotions, or more harmonious teamwork — every professional goal is addressed here. As a coach, I see my role as helping participants identify their strengths, build on them, and let go of limiting beliefs or learned patterns. My goal is to guide people to achieve their goals and bring out the best in them.
3 months of online intensive support via Zoom in an exclusive group with a maximum of 7 participants. We will meet regularly and work through a course-specific question catalog (Impulse Book) that I have developed, designed to address professional topics. This allows participants to gain a new perspective on their current professional situation and achieve the newly set goals. The topics will be worked on in both group calls and one-on-one coaching sessions. This way, all participants have the opportunity to address personal matters in a private conversation.

The dates for our weekly calls and workshop days will be determined collectively within the group, ensuring that DER KURS "business" is as accommodating to daily life and family commitments as possible for all participants. At the starting session, we will get to know each other and individually agree on the subsequent meetings.

For my coaching sessions, I use Zoom, a platform for video conferencing. The only requirements for participation are a mobile phone or a computer/laptop with camera and microphone functionality. After contacting me, you will receive my Zoom ID, which allows you to register and participate for free. Please open the Zoom app or visit the following website: https://zoom.us/join. Registration on Zoom is not mandatory for participation!
